1. Current availability
Creator Promotion is not currently a production purchasing service. Any future production submission, booking or purchase will require a verified signed-in VU Lab account and association with the server-authoritative VU Lab user ID.
The homepage booking interface can prepare a browser-local preview or pending record, but checkout is not connected and no charge is made. The separate server campaign workflow is an in-memory development adapter; campaign creation, payment confirmation and lifecycle advancement are disabled outside development. A staged request, displayed price, availability result or development campaign does not reserve a date, create a contract for advertising or guarantee publication.
2. Preview and local storage
The homepage Spotlight flow may store campaign details in localStorage on the same browser, including creator details, shop link, niche, tagline, dates, price display and status fields. Uploaded images are temporary browser object URLs and are not production-hosted campaign assets. Clearing browser data can remove these staged records.
3. Content and authority
If production promotion opens, submitters must own or be authorized to use all products, images, names, branding, text and links supplied. They must accurately represent creator and product ownership and comply with applicable law and third-party platform rules. VU Lab may reject or remove unlawful, misleading, unsafe or rights-infringing material.
4. Public information and validation
The development workflow can query public IMVU creator and product information, check product ownership when public data supports it, validate one to five products, check date capacity and recompute a displayed USD total. Public-data validation is not a legal determination of ownership or permission.
5. No performance guarantee
Future acceptance or publication of a campaign would not guarantee a particular position, number of views, clicks, visits, purchases, followers or sales. External links, IMVU availability, user behavior and technical conditions are outside VU Lab’s control.
6. Required production terms
Before production launch, these terms must be updated with the actual booking and review process, supported campaign assets, moderation standards, inventory and scheduling rules, payment and refund treatment, cancellation and rescheduling rules, delivery evidence, removal handling, contact/escalation process and any recurring PRO credit rules.
The Spotlight architecture still requires durable production persistence, verified idempotent hosted-payment webhooks, protected lifecycle scheduling and production asset handling. These terms do not pretend those systems already exist.
