Contact channel
The public mailbox is intentionally not displayed because no approved address exists in the codebase. This page will show the owner-approved address automatically after the deployment configuration supplies it.
Request categories
- General support: Questions about the current VU Lab service or creator tools.
- Account and access: Sign-in, account status, FREE/PRO access or an account-data request.
- Privacy: Access, correction, deletion or another privacy-related request.
- Copyright and takedown: A rights complaint or correction/counter-information about restricted material.
Billing and refunds
Live billing does not exist, so there is no current billing/refund support category. The Refund Policy records the approved general rule, but an operational billing channel and actual provider procedures must be added only when Paystack or another payment system is production-live.
Response readiness
VU Lab should not launch public account registration until the configured mailbox is monitored and an owner or operator is responsible for account, privacy and takedown requests. This page does not invent a response-time promise, physical address, company registration number or legal jurisdiction.
